later that day, a moving truck showed up and started loading some stuff.... I wonder if its a surprise or something :D, we'll see soon i guess....

Thank you very much for all your support and time. attached are the new rules discussed:

1- New Working Hours:

8:00 am - 13:00 pm

13:00 pm - 14:00 pm

14:00 pm - 17:15 pm

Saturday:

Half day always as follows:

09:00 - 12:30

2- Creative:

You are all part of a Creative team, and what ever you create should be hanged on the walls for everybody to see and be proud of

3- Recreational:

The Valley is now introduced as your Space. inside the Valley, you can do what ever you want to do including smoking!! there will be the famous Baby Foot, a TV set, Satellite Channels, Coffee Making machine and 2 sofa's for you to cool and relax in.

4- Mr. Baha Othman is now the Events coordinator of the company and in charge of all social, sports and entertainment activities. he will plan a weekly event

5- Tomorrow the 10th of April the Break will be for 1:30 hrs for all the staff to go out of the company and have lunch together.

at break we went out to little seizers "i wanted pizza hut", emgal3at el wade3 kan.


but the surprise was when we came back, wires drills screws and stereos were all over the floor, people came and installed the sound system all over the company and soft music was aired
I don't know :S , I fell as if i was in a hotel or something, anyway I'm glad that I have my trusty sound proof headset, rock on abu el majd.

The new manager got us some plants and asked the employess for new idea's on how to improve work and atmosphere in Menhaj.

after dawam and stayed coz i was behind on my work schedules, but the surprise was that the camera crew where still filming, it seems Hani has something cocked behind the scenes, I wonder what it is....

Today was casual, the new boss "Hani Dahlan" is a GM of DahlanTourism Agency, he seems like a nice guy, but sadly there was no action or suspance, he invited us for pizza Remini "yaaaaak" which i didn't enjoy, no soda's either.

Everyone arrived all dressed up,excited by the idea of being filmed and included in a reality show.
Camera crew arrived and took the lighting settings for the offices

Next they were taking random shoots and making small talk interviews "I had one myself"

And now comes the BOOS GOODBYE accompanied with breakfast and cake"YESSSSSSS for CAKE"

Off course you all heard of ATV, the new channel launching this summer, well they are going to have a reality show called "Ween el Modeir" which is an arabized version of Boss Swap, and guess who's the first company to pilot the show :D, yep u guessed it ... Menhaj.
now today we had a meeting with the director of the show and had a small talk about how things are gonna go.
